ValueDiscovery is a private, invitation-only stock-intelligence tool. This policy explains what information we collect from the people we invite to use it, why, and the choices you have.
Information we collect
- Account details — your name, email address, and access role, provided when you are invited.
- Content you create — the items you favourite, notes and tags you add, companies you add to your watchlist, and questions you ask the built-in AI assistant.
- Usage and security logs — sign-in events, pages viewed, and your IP address, retained for a limited period (about 90 days) to keep the service secure and to improve it.
- Cookies — a single sign-in cookie that keeps you logged in. We do not use advertising cookies.
How we use your information
We use it only to operate the service for you, keep your account secure, and improve how the product works. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for advertising.
Analytics (Microsoft Clarity)
We use Microsoft Clarity to understand how the site is used through aggregated, privacy-masked usage metrics such as heatmaps and session insights. Clarity is configured to mask on-screen text (company names, notes, and inputs), and administrator sessions are excluded from recording. Service providers
We rely on a small number of trusted third parties to run the service: cloud hosting, data storage, the AI features that power the assistant, and the analytics described above. These providers process data only to provide their service to us.
Data retention
Security and usage logs are kept for roughly 90 days. Your account and the content you create are kept for as long as your account is active, and are removed when your account is removed.

To access, correct, or delete your account and associated data, contact us at valuediscovery.in@gmail.com. We will action reasonable requests promptly.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date above.
